    Default Self assessment help

I am part way through my self assessment but want to check what I select on section 4. It is about NI, there are a number of options to select from and I want to make sure I get the right one

I only started childminding in October 2015 and was employed from October 2014 to July 2015 so I paid some NI for part of the tax year during that employment.

Do I need to select the option 'I wish to make an adjustment to my profits chargeable to Class 4 NICs'?

    Thanks

We pay class 4 NIC when we earn above the threshold - https://www.gov.uk/self-employed-nat...nsurance-rates

We don't make adjustments - the ££ is simply added to our tax bill

Thank you for the reply. I'm thinking that maybe I need to select that none of the options apply to me then. Still not sure though. May have to try and ring them in the morning.
