Percentages help please!

My working hours over the week vary considerably, and I could really do with some sort of calculator,(or even a list of hours with their percentages) that works out utilities percentages for hours worked if they don't happen to be the same as those given in the HMRC table , and that I can see at a glance (without having to work out what percentage of costs I can claim for, say 17 and a half hours one week, and 32 the next!).
I have used an online calculator for childminders in the past,which was really helpful but can't find it anywhere now...really hope someone can help with this before I go into accounts meltdown!

Try the next thread down in this section of the forum. The excel spreadsheet. You can just enter your hours in the relevant boxes and it works out the percentages for you.

I agree if you use the spreadsheet very kindly shared (and updated) by happytoddlers each year, you just put the hours you work each day and it works out the percentages for you.
