    Default gone over my NI exemption certificate limit

    hi for the past years Ive always earnt under the amount needed to pay income tax and NI payments....and I have a exemption certificate however Im doing my tax returns for 14/15 and it looks like that although Im still under the amount before I have to Pay income tax,I may be over the exemption limit for NI ....what do I please and how much will I have to pay ? I havent finished my book keeping yet but its in the region of £8500?

    I'd suggest you ring NI and have a chat with them ...

    I know the rules are changing in the future and we will pay class 2 NI when we submit accounts unless we are set up to pay in advance ...
