I have a front garden that is on to a main road, It is fully enclosed but I only use it with the childminding kids if I am sitting in the garden with them.
Last week I had some one walk through my front gate to get to my back garden (which is also open leading to garages) but has a gate inbetween that I keep shut which they opened.
We were in the house at the time with the door locked so there wasn't a security issue.
I have now bought a set of cameras with recorder so I can see the whole of the garden area back and front.
can I put the full cost of this through my books.

You brought this as a safeguarding measure for your childminded children - I would say 100% but would recommend speaking to an accountant or the HMRC for professional clarification
