    Default Local childminding meetings

Once a month a local group of childmiders meet (evenings) at a private area in a pub, to network and support each other. I always include milage in my accounts but I was wondering if I could include any refreshments e.g. coffe or wine. Twice a year we have a dinner too. Can I include these?
Why hasn't Gary Barlow come to my rescue yet?

I do - I put them down as training costs - not the alcohol though but you may be able too...

I would put mileage, food and drinks through books. If you weren't a childminder you wouldn't be attending so a legitimate expense in my opinion.
