business phone
ok a while ago i bought a pay and go phone for business use. As i wont be using it a great deal i thought pay and go would be fine.
Well the trouble is...how do i proove its just for business use??!! I dont get bills and its a small old phone so doesnt store much call information on it.
What do i do? i didnt really want another contract phone and feel like now i wasted my pennies
can i still claim the pay and go phone through expenses?

I have a very cheap PAYG phone on PAYG. I put any top ups on that through expenses - I just use the receipt given to me at the shop where I use my card to top up. I give parents my personal number once contracts are signed but I can get cold callers on my enquiring phone as this is the number I use on the internet to advertise - so I'm glad I have it, and can turn it off when I feel like it! As my personal phone is on contract, with more minutes and texts than I can use, I don't bother to put this through my expenses.
If you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got.

Yes of course. If you have another phone you use for private calls noone is going to question it.
