Toilet training links for parents please.

Sorry - TT thread again!!
Mindee has come in pants this morning - parents have started to train her over the long weekend , with little success -
Shes happy to sit on the potty but I think she seems to be holding in the wee til she gets up!! If she does wee on it she gets all upset bless her.

Ive told parents I will dig out some info / links as they wanted some advice. They have my policy , anyone come across any good sites / links please?
