I downloaded one from Scholastic entitled "Welcome to our setting" it features 5 babies from around the world with "hello" in about 10 different languages and is very sweet. ;)

I downloaded a welcome one from freeresources.com it said welcome to our nursery so I adjusted it to fit my needs. Lovely pictures of mutli cultural and varying ability children (cartoon style rather than real pictures)
