advice please! sunburn-injury report?

hello all, i have just picked lo up from school and he has a very red face, hands, back of neck. not very bad but would say mild sunburn. my instinct is to write it as a existing injury ( i never had him yest) but wanted to check this is right? never had a sunburn lo before. dad did mention this morning grandma had him in sun yest bit too much.

Think I would write up as an existing injury but also ring parents and tell them now

Glad you have that sorted. :)

I would also definitely write it up as an existing injury as it's a burn. You would write up a scald so just do it in the same way. :)
