Isnt it funny how childminding can be so different from day to day.
Today I was supposed to have 6 children this morning. 3 went to school with Mum and Dad as they had a class assembly to watch, 1 went to school with Dad as he was off work. 2 never come in a morning even thought they are contracted to but they did actually arrived at 8.15am so that was a change. So even though I thought I had an hour off I did actually start at 8.15am.
So today I only have a 3yr old in the day time, although ive got 6 after school weds are nice and quiet :D
Yesterday I had 9 children, I usually have 7 but had two extra as Mum is a teacher and had parents evening. So I had 2 children in the day, as 1 went home at 2.45pm 2 more arrived and then picked up 6 from school. I was run off my feet from 3-6pm. Tea time was like feeding time at the zoo. I had 5 sitting down to eat first as I only have 5 chairs. Then when they had finished their spag/toast/fruit/yog I had 4 more sitting down.
I was ker-nack-ered to say the least and had a nice G&T to recover.
