I had a lady phone me yesterday needing someone to look after her child from 3.00am to 7.30am every Monday morning!

Is that the weirdest time enquiry ever or has anyone else had one like this too?

Did she say what she did??

Actually it would probably suit me as one week hubby gets up at that time and the next week he gets in from work at that time so I'm awake anyway.:D

Are you sure she did not mean 3pm till 7.30pm?

Sounds really odd hours

Think of the time she would have to get the child up and out of bed and ready to bring to you

Nope, it was definitely in the morning! Very, very strange!

I would love to know what she did but as I was unable to help I didn't feel that I could be nosey!

Blimey!!!! The only time I see 3am is if one of the kids are ill or I am on a blinding night out!

She'd be better of trying to find someone who does overnight care

My neighbour goes to work at 3.30 in the morning I know this because hubby gets back from nights so I always hear next door go in his car

He gets home around 12 midday

He works in a factory

God I would not fancy getting up at that time

You sure you dont want to do it Lorri haha

I don't even know what 3.30am looks like anymore! I can't imagine she will have any chance of finding someone to cover those hours! You'd have to be pretty desperate and charge a fortune!

I just feel so sorry for her child, that's awful.

Wonder if she has a milk round / paper round or is just plain of her trolley!

Poor kid being woken up in the middle of deep sleep periods.

oooh perhaps she is a secret raver

That is a strange time to drop a child off. Unless she works somewhere like Royal mail, or is a lorry driver or something ??

Ok maybe she is a Postie and Dad works night shift, so maybe he is picking child up when he finishes?????????????????????, but I would only do it if child came to me at bedtime at least that way the poor little mite would have some sort of routine and get a full nights sleep . Who am I trying to kid I have done overnight care and dont wish to go back to it. I like my sleep too much now
