Hi I'm not sure if I'm asking this in the right place so apologies in advance.
I just want to make sure before I reply to an new enquiry..
I currently care for 1x 1yo 4hours each day term time only my certificate says 'max of 3 under 8 no more than 2 in EY range' so I would obviously exceed my numbers for the few hours they clash!! Would I be ok if I registered my oh as my assistant (he works but would be able to assist for the hours they clash) or could I ask for a variance even tho they are a new family they would need holiday care for a 7yo too and she is struggling to find another local minder that could care for all 3 siblings during the hols together... Any advice would be appreciated x
