I used to have a mirror that I used as a self registration board. I liked it that way because as the kids stuck their printed name onto the mirror they saw themselves in it, linking their face to their printed name in their heads. I found it was a better way, especially for my little boy on the autistic spectrum, to learn to recognise their own name.

Other than that, they used to take photographs of themselves taking photographs with it. They would also just stand for ages giggling at each other as they pulled faces in the mirror.
