Hi
I came up with a minimum amount of money I needed per month from my mindee and then worked out how many days that equated to and agreed with mum that contract would be for a minimum of X days per month. I don't think mindee has ever just done her minimum days it's usually now more like double that which is great. Just bear in mind that this mindee will be taking up a FT place for PT money. My shift worker family are lovely and really appreciate my flexibility which goes a long way with me

I would be charging her for the full 3 days regardless of whether she would be using all the days.

Thanks guys .. And then I would charge her
For any extra she needed in the week? Thought maybe I would charge a minimum and then throw in the extra unsocial hours on the long day as long as it was only one a month?
