Hello,
Just wondering if anyone can give me any advice.....
Can not believe how my chidminding business has gone ( not complaining) but there is a demand in my area but mainly undr 5's. So i was wondering to take on a assistant part time to help me out and give some support but this would mean taking on another child to pay her....
I see a lot of people on here mention their assistants are self-employed, is this a good route to go down and how will that work for me/??
I spoke to ofsted and that is not a problem that end but tax resons is scarying me a little, any advice and i would be grateful
