Advice please - ofsted variation

Hi all,
Just looking for a little advice really, one of my parents needs me to care for little one for a couple of hours extra which would mean going over my numbers for approx 2 hrs, its only for one day,
How would i go about asking for a variation, what is the procedure?
Any help and advice would be much appriciated

Phone Ofsted and they will email you a variation request form. Fill it in & email it back.

If it is urgent, put that in your covering email. Then phone in 2 days time, by which time it should have reached the right department, and ask them how it's going. Explain it is urgent & they should deal with it pretty quickly.
