Argh Ofsted's canceled!

And I had such a nice day prepared for her....I wonder why they did???? (Circumstances beyond our control they said...hmmmmp)

I have had inspections cancelled because the inspector is ill, or called to do an emergency inspection on a nursery.

I rang my Ofsted inspector to check this was for real (O have made two mistakes in the past) and she just rang me back and said the reason was they are halting the EYFS inspections cos the childcare register was more important right now..to do with targets and they are more of a priority than the early years inspections right now.....very strange,

just bumping this up again in case anyone had any ideas on this weird reason for my cancellation ??
