I purchased Morton Michel insurance on Tuesday 6th, but haven't received any details or certificate etc...Does anyone know how long this takes?

took about a week for mine to come through but I'd had a confirmation email

I am sure my last one came through via email and then I got it in the post about a week later.

if you are worried about being covered why not give them a ring?

Ivew never had anything in the post...bought insurancei n feb....I have email docs though, doubt I need the posted ones..

i've always had mine through e-mail then printed docu off.

I printed my certificate, it was sent via e-mail. Check your in box.:thumbsup:
