Variation question

Just wondering really...
I have a variation in place for 4 under 5's, one is a sibling of an already minded child. I have had a child leave since I the variation was granted, do I need to inform Ofsted that I no longer need the variation?
Or can I just display my original certificate?

I leave mine until I need the next variation then get the out of date one taken off. You don't need to get it ammended specifically.

The wording is usually that the variation applies until one of the children is no longer in your care or until they are no longer in the EY age range, so it covers for them leaving.
