west african crafts?

I am having a themed week next week with west african food, music, book, you-tube clips and wondered if anyone had a fave craft to share (to be done by a two year old) showing a trad craft? I have discovered sand dough which looks fun. would like to make my own drum ....

I think its about a little African girl going for a walk, its got lots of african animals in there??
