Ive got an allergic reaction

I'm covered in a rash all over my face and torso, been to doctors who told me I have to keep a diary of what I use, eat or drink for the next month to see if there are any triggers.
Now I know it doesn't look very appealing but I didn't expect one parent to say
'are you ok to work looking like that'

Have you been under the weather at all lately? One of my boys always comes out in a rash at the end of a virus. It doesn't bother him, just doesn't look very nice.

It could be a viral rash. That usually affects the chest and face.

Is it like a tiny pinprick red rash?

One year I had an allergic reaction to the sun..very bizarre as my face was covered in a burning rash. I had to not wear makeup for about 4 days and it burnt and itched...was awful. Never had it again.allergic relations are weird as they come and go

Did the doc give you anything? Antihistamines should help the itching.

what lovely parents:angry:hope your ok i no how it feels when you have allergic reactions im alergic to lots and suffer badly take antihistamines and hydrocautisone cream can help hope your feeling better soon and find out the culprit:)
