Food expenses

So I've not been putting down any expenses for food since I've been minding as my first mindee has dinner and snacks and everything provided, even milk!

However I just have had a new mindee start, full time and I provide him all meals and snacks.

How do I put it down in my expenses folder? Do I write down and calculate the amount of food I've bought purely to provide meals and snacks? Or is there a percentage of the entire bill I can claim or do I say... put down "Meals £2.50 and snacks £1" every day I have mindee

You can do it that way...


or do I say... put down "Meals £2.50 and snacks £1" every day I have mindee

... or you can do it that way instead. If you do that, you have to be able to explain how you spend £2.50 on a meal and £1 on a snack - price up some example menus.
