Contract Amendment

Hi,

Just a quickie, I have just received signed contracts back from family starting with me on monday. They were undecided on hours so I left it blank and let them fill it out :rolleyes:

They emailed to advise for the first week will be doing 8 45 - 1 15 increasing to 8 45 to 2 45 ,4 days a week from the 2nd week. But on the contracts they have just put 8 45 to 1 15 so my question is: can I amend the existing contract or do I have to redo contracts?

You would have to do it with them and match up their copy and all sign.


Just a tip for the future, I never let Contracts out of the house for signing.

I do it all here with the parents because you would be in a pickle if a parents changed something. If I had been with them I would have put in their eventual full hours.
