OK for my sibs I have done different contracts now, different medical permission forms, different' all about me' and LJs of course but can parents sign just one form for their kids observations permission, photos etc, suncream, outdoor equipment etc etc ?? OR does that have to be duplicate too?

Yes I use one permission form per set of siblings and always have done. Just have to write 2 names on the permission form. I do the same with child record forms too as usually the siblings have the same info (same gp, same emergncy contact, etc) if something different I ask parents to write it on the form with the child's name.

I always do separate forms as each child is individual and has their own file.

All my siblings have their own forms.

I don't think it matters though so do what works for you

All my siblings have separate Contracts and all forms and permissions. They are individuals and need to be treated as such.
