Hi all,
I am currently a pre-reg childminder, I am trying to write a business plan so I can apply for a loan to help me set up as I am currently living at home with my parents.
I am trying to do my 3 year income projection but getting a little confused so cold do with someone's help. For the first year I plan to work alone, but by year 2/3 I plan to move to a bigger house and work with a friend who is interested in becoming a childminder too...so here goes with the questions....
1) What is the maximum number of children me and another childminder could have in total? Would it be double the standard numbers for one childminder?
2) How would the money side of things be done if it was my house and i was paying all the bills? (I have read posts where co-minders split money e.g 60/40)
3) If I do my business plan will I need to include the tax and NI that the co-minder will be paying or mine?
I'm so confused but need to made it look as good as possible :panic:
