ME AGAIN!! LOL
just started with a 3 yr old but only one day week ( 8-10 hours) do i need to do EYFS with her??

Yes you do. While the child is in the EYFS you need to follow it with them, no matter how many (or how few) hours they are with you. A full day is plenty of time to get into it.

You don't have to do masses of stuff, but you should still be building up a picture of what they can do now and how they progress.

I have my friends little boy just 3 half hrs a week, he's 3, I like that age as you can do more planned activaties with them like baking and crafts. I tend to do one small planned activate a week, we are having a fire drill today so lots of play with fire engines, hats books. This will go in his book towards EYFS

One of mine comes 3 hours a week. I was advised I should have 1 ob for each part of the EYFS over the space of a year.
