I've just seen a great idea on discovery tree where she has done a discovery box with floresent coloured plastic shot glasses, they are great for stacking, and light play. I've just bought 40 of amazon . But can't wait to get playing.:D no alcohol involved of course, but they may just come in handy for other occassions :D:D

Hi Just love the idea with the coloured shot glass, going onto Amazon in five :).I need help I have just bought a new Jane powertwin with surfer buggy board for my 3 little chaps 18month,16month and 2 yr.I can't get the 2 yr old comfy on the board the brake on the handle pulls on his hair, there is no room to stand him on only at a 45 degree angle with him holding on for dear life and he keeps falling off,has any one any pics to send me of them using the surfer board on a powertwin,I have been back to the retail store they just tried selling me another brand buggy board Thanks

I've haven't used my buggy board for years, but if I recall correctly, I have to put the handle in a really downward position (not comforty for me to push at my height) and have the back seat in an upward position, this means mindees head sticks up inbetween the handle and the chair / hood.

Does this make sense or or you struggling with something completely else?

I ordered some and they arrived yesterday. Kids love them, especially my 3 year old BUT I think we may be a little heavy handed and footed with them, and I need to take more control over them as we have broken a few already!!

This was my worry, We have 3 under 2's at the moment and life just seems impossible everything is wrecked in 2 seconds if we take our eyes off them!

Having had teenagers use them

I would supervise at all time because these glasses shatter and could cause a nasty accident.

I must say the children on the blog do look the perfect children and not all mindees are like that!

There not glass, they are only plastic, they do crack if they get trodden on but are fine for knocking down. :)

I know they are plastic. Thats the trouble if they break, are trodden on they shatter into pieces that can be very small and very sharp.

I guess there's a risk with all types of heuritic play, supervision is always necessary in this kind of play.

They are really good and we have some good pics of designs by the children but do break easyily if not supervised!!

mine are all broken either children put in mouth, squashed together or stood on !! so not worth it even under supervision !! better of purchasing colours plastic cups to stack up and knock down
