ASAP Can anybody share a temp contract with me please

Hi Ladies (&gents),

I know this is a bit cheeky, but is there anybody who has a temp contract they could share with me asap, Im covering another childminders holiday next week but parent is coming a 1.00 to have a look around and sort out paperwork.

Is there anything else i need? do i need all my permission forms signed?
