Paying ofsted fee

This is going to be a really stupid question so apologies in advance!

The online payment system is not working- I've been trying for over a week and the page won't load. So I want to pay using the payment slip at the bottom and a cheque. I have written out a cheque, with the relevant details written on the back, and filled in the amount on the payment slip....do I need to fill in anything else on the payment slip? 'paid in by' or 'date'?

Sorry, I have never used one of these payment slips before!

Try doing it online again as I managed to pay Sat am online. I have normally paid over the phone before so I can't help you with the payment slip.

i gave up trying to do it online and posted mine!

i just wrote the amount on the paying in slip, but made sure my name, EY number, their reference number and my address ( just to be sure! ) on the back of the cheque!
