So my first (and only) mindee is leaving (dont ask but earlier than planned!) Made a makeshift folder/pouch for art work and Ive been keeping all his daily dairy sheets as mum wasnt bothered about them. Do I give them away now? and if I do should I copy a small sample as evidence? Not really sure what I should be doing with them.

I know I have to keep them but where do you put the registers, observations and all about me booklet etc.. ?

Thanks in advance x

All about me and observations and daily diary go with the child.

You can copy and keep if you want to but it isn't really necessary Ofsted won't be interested in the records of any child who has left you.

I use the NCMA Attendance register. I keep last years in my lockable tin box that has all current mindees info and accounts info in.

Then it and accounts info along with the contracts and accident/incident info of children who have left me go in labelled boxes on my loft.
