Hi all...
I had a settling in sheet on my computer & one of my "lovely" :angry: Daughters has deleted it!!!!!
I need to email one to my new starter & my mind is BLANK :eek:
Can anyone send me a link so I can download one please, or Jog my memory as to what I ask....
Off the top of my head I remember from mine..
Can X crawl, Can x sit unaided, can x feed himself, Anything that scares x, dislikes in food & drink......
The rest has gone :(
