parents visiting

Hi everyone hope everyone is well,

I just wanted to ask cm's, when potential parents come and visit what do you talk to them about and what do you do to make your business stand out from others. Ive had 2 sets of parents come but Ive not heard from them so i was thinking if its something Im doing wrong?

Unfortunately we have all dealt with rude parents who do not give us feedback - however it might be worth you ringing them and asking for positives and negatives from their visit, whatever their final decision.

The best contracts for me are usually via word of mouth so get out there telling all and sundry that you are a childminder and how fab you are!
