if we have a complain made against us, is there anyway we can find out who it was?

Ofsted aren't allowed to tell who made the complaint to my knowledge but you would normally have an inkling... just no def proof.

Apparently you can find out under the Freedom of Information Act.

I know that there is a thread somewhere on here where someone was in the process of finding out who lodged a complaint against them x

Make an application to ofsted under the Foi act, you may have to pay for the privilege and don't expect to definitely find out as organisations have a way of losing documents they don't want to be released. But worth a go anyway.

Be prepared for it though it knocked me for six when I made mine and found out who was involved

I didn't go down that route - had been through enough heartache and know it is one of 3 people so cut them from my life and tried to move on

Seeing them from afar over the past year I think I now know which one it is - someone I thought was a friend - not any more!
