Hi

How do you normally contact ofsted, do you write or email? You don't get anywhere by phone and the answer always depends on who you speak to! At least if it is written you have proof!
If you email them what is the email address please???
Thanks

I e-mail. The e-mail address is enquiries@ofsted.gov.uk

That's the web address above - :p

You must include your registration number, and your signature. So scan it and attach it.

I always phone and follow up with a letter, I get the person name and what time I spoke to them and put all this in my letter, its seems to help to speak first as they often say thing that can be help full:)

If you speak to them first assuming you get the answer you want then you can quote that in your follow up letter!:D

I would call but follow up with a letter

Always good to have proof with either a letter or email anyway
