Is this just going to be on a website or do you think we will be able to get a hard copy? Don't really like reading loads of gunff on the computer

You can download it, but the hard copy costs £12 by the looks of it. I prefer a hard copy too, but not paying out that, will print out the pages that I want to refer back to

I had a quick look through but didn't see any actual recipes. It all just seems to be guidelines and I think I would struggle to find enough time to really work through all of it. :(

They could cut that right down by saying, cook whole foods!

If you can't tell by looking at a food stuff what actual food it is made from, then leave it alone. If you can't pronounce the ingredients, then leave it alone. If it has more than around 6 ingredients, then leave it alone.

So much bibble babble makes healthy, balanced eating look difficult. It's not.

All that looks really complicated and confusing!

go to the link posted first then-

if you go to related internet links then go down a bit for 'more in this section' , then the bit for early years providers and practitioners - still with me? there is a bit for menus and recipes for early years settings :)

TBH I will carry on as usual as I consider the food I give mindee to be healthy/ good quality and varied
