Any other courses?

Hi,

I have received a call from ofsted to say they have received my application and everything fine and now need to fill in CRB which I received today :clapping:

I have done my 12hour Paediatric course and 3 day childminding course, do I need to have done a hygiene course before my pre reg visit? Also is there any other courses that I need to have done?

Also when do you start advertising? As I know in the past I have used a CM and have called at least 1-2 months before I need them. Any other info before pre reg visit would be helpful.

You should do a safeguarding / child protection course pretty soon.

Depending on where you live you might need to do food hygiene - some areas want it and some don't.

I did the safeguarding course as part of my childminding course. So do I need to just wait until pre reg to find out whether I need hygiene one? Thanks!!
