Contract for a Student

I have a college student starting on monday, doing their placement with me.

my dw suggested a contract.

Apart from putting in that they will follow my policies / procedures can you think of anything else i should include.

also, i am not sure about how long they should be here, should i put in the times (ie a 10h day or maybe stick with 6h day?).
and what about cutting fruit etc. i read somewhere about this being a problem?

if anyone has done such a contract, would you mind sharing ?, pretty please :)

I have a student but don't have a contract with her. She comes once a week from 8.30- 4.30.
If your student is with you more than 6wks they will need to do an enhanced crb check.

I understand she has a CRB from the college, although I shall ask to see it.

My hours the days she comes are quite funny: day 1 no children till 11:30 so really don't think she should come till then but I am also conscience of her going home in the dark.

Day 2 is more normal hours.
