Some of you may remember that a while ago I took part in some research for the NCB. They came out and interviewed me about childminding, and then came and observed me (and a load of others round the country)

I thought you may be interested in the final report, which I think makes for very interesting reading about the different ways we all practice and views on EYFS etc

Its a long document but worth the read if you have time

Thank you very much for sharing - have saved it and will read it later.

I will be interested to see what they say.
I have been lucky enough to do several training sessions with ncb and have met Sue Owen (one of the authors) several times over the years - she has always been very supportive of childminding - and in fact was at the meeting I and Playmate went to in London with the DfE. Although I have to say she had got 'the wrong end of the stick' about the peer networks that NCMA are piloting.

Anyway I am rambling - again. Thank you again for sharing and for taking part in the research.
