my mindee was talking about the fact her parents went to work, and how my husband went to work only then to say u dont have a job do u leanne, coz u dont go to work, i swiftly replied actually i do work, my job is looking after u.

thought it was very funny and that id share it with u :-)

Bless her! I think a 'people who help us - childminders' day is due...

Spend a day pretending she is in charge, sit on the sofa demanding drinks, snacks, activities, entertaining etc...

Let her see how much you do! :D

Yup my DS son said that to me !! took me ages to explain and get hom to understand am a childminder now he proudly tells anyone who will listen what his mummy does.

Yes my son asked why i didn't get a "proper" job down at asda ! I asked him who would take / collect him from school , who would look after him , ?? He went "oh yeah .....:rolleyes: " :laughing:

My youngest daughter used to say to me "when are you going to get a proper job mum and send me to a childminder or the after school club!"
