Children planning - does anyone know what I mean?

Hi everyone and Happy New Year!

I'm looking for anyone who can help me find a piece of research I've been looking for.

A few years a go when I was doing my PGDip I found some research about children planning their own learning. The book I was looking at had pictures of children and their teacher planning together and showed pictures of their planning diagrams. It wasn't like a table, it was more artistic looking!!

Does anyone know what I mean?

Thanks Sarah, it wasn't the mosiac approach I don't think but it must have been along the same lines as I looked at the mosaic approach at the time

i vaguely remember a similar planning sheet asking children 'what do you want to know?' 'how can we find out?'

ring any bells?
