I'm a ofsted childminder.
I have my own baby (1 in April), so I know to inform ofsted on the 4th so I can take a baby under 1, but was wondering if I can look after (mine 1) a 1year 2 month boy and a 9 month old. Someday maybe on some days together
Thanks for yr help Katie Mae Sunderland

You would need a variation to have 2 babies under the age of 1.

Variations are usually only available for continuity of care or to take on twins.

I would suggest you contact Ofsted - 0300 123 1231 and run it by them.

When you say a 1yr 2 month old do you mean a 14month old? Or do you mean a 1yr old and a 2month old?

variations to care for 2 under 1's are treated diffrently to other variaions and are much more readily given.
