What do you do about things like this that your family use - do you put 50% of the amount in your accounts?

At the moment I don't claim for them in my accounts but I've just had a very shocking tax bill so think I'll start claiming for everything I can from now on!!

Also, how much do you put in your accounts book for meals? I do £2 for dinner, £1.50 for lunch and 50p per snack - does that sound right?

And how much can you claim per mile?

Cleaning stuff etc I put a set amount a month down for simplicity. I go through a fortunes worth of loo roll a month

Have another look at this as I think you are selling yourself short on the food. £2 per day for 2 meals???
