Where to put observation?

Sorry to ask once again, but these two have got me a bit stuck:

Child is playing with a naohs ark at play group and says 'All of the animals are going inside because its raining.'

He is almost 4 years old. I wanted to include it in his LJ because it shows he is linking what he is learning at pre school to other environments but I have no idea where to put it............

Second one:

Child puts two pieces of sticklebrick together in a cross shape and says its a drragonfly and starts flying it around the room.....shape, space and measure? KUW? not sure!!

Just two very short observations but I like padding it out with little post it ones.

I would say KUW for the noah's ark maybe under 'Exploration and Investigation' 40 - 60 months 'show an awareness of change' for the dragonfly yes it could be PRSN 30 - 50 months 'show awareness of shapes in the environment'
