I'm going potty here trying to find the variation form from OFSTED online.
I have received a printed copy but I think one page of the guidance notes is missing.
Can one of you give me a link to the form-Application to vary or remove conditions of registration-Childminder and the guidance notes?

Silly me didn't think to look in downloads :doh:
It has changed a bit as my hard copy has a section for Risk Assessment now and as I do not have guidance, I am forwarding to them the whole bloomin lot showing how I would assess for 4 children. Oh what a palaver!!
