Complaints procedure - have i done everything??

Right got a complaint made against me

So this is what i've done so far...

1) Filled in the provider complaints form
2)going to ring ofsted, my insurers and social services tomorrow informing them of the complaint
3) written a letter to the person complaining regarding this matter and a contracual dispute and included my complaint policy with numbers
4) written in my morton michel portfolio of the complaint
5)kept all email communication copies from parent

please feel free to tell me anything else i should do
