Help with part 3 please...

Could someone help me on part 3, number 6. How we conduct and Manage our service.
What would you put down as an answer for quality assurance awards??

I think my brain is going to mush now as I have been filling this form out for about two hours now.

Do you belong to a Quality Assured Network where you have to meet specific requirements to be a member?

Does your Local Authority offer any Quality Assurance schemes that you are signed up to?

I would also put things like the fact I have been awarded Gold Standard by environmental health as that is a quality award.

but equally, depending on where you live you may not have any of those. In which case a 'no' is fine:D
