Exercise DVD?

I would really like to get a DVD to do with the children. Has anyone got one they can recommend?

I have a great childrens Yoga DVD. It's all about making animal shapes and they love it. It gets them moving around and stretching without getting them hyped up and racing around the room (we go out in the garden/park for that!). It's called Kids Do Yoga Too.

The Yoga one sounds good, I will go on Amazon to seek that one out..... we do Tumble Tots, the children love it :)

We dont have a dvd. Instead I put videos from youtube on and we dance to them. There is a zumba one they love (even my stroppy after schoolie will join in that!). They also like the skeleton dance and there is a really nice warm up/down video for children on there as well. As DHs playstation is hooked up to the tv we can do it through that! The kids love it and are always asking to do 'tv dancing!'
