Pls can anyone help.... on task three of cypop 5 done quite a bit about confidentaility but not sure how to much to cover on Data Proctection

Hi.

I typed 1 page of information on this task.
It included the following....
What the data protection act is and what it asks me to do such as who i can give info to and where i must keep it(info being kept current).
What i do to keep everything confidential(not talking about children with other people, keeping fees confidential, medical conditions and medicines, keeping paperwork in a lockable cabinet).
The information i can disclose to a relevant third party if i suspect there is a safeguarding issue.
And what would happen if i disclosed confidential info to a third party.
