I use NCMA register.

Storing paperwork - individual files for each child

Filing cabinet (all confidential stuff - most documentation)

My desk - (well I think there is a desk under all that paper anyhow)

I am fairly organised - though you wouldn't think so if you saw it now!

Bookcase next to computer stores my eyfs, risk assessment, portfolio, planning, accounts etc files...

Daily diary and children's ongoing paperwork on my desk...

Bureau with locked section for children's folders...

As far as attendance records go, one page for each child for confidentiality.

Hope this helps :D

Same as above except don't have room for a filing cabinet so bought a small lockable box from partners that has room for individual folders for childrens information only cost 12.00 and can be put away.

I have mine in a filing cabinet. As long as it's locked up somewhere it doesn't matter

The mindees files and any other confidential information is in a locked box.

The rest is in some plastic drawer things with wheels on the bottom that I got from Tesco.

I have a page for each child re. the attendance register, I keep these sheets on a clip board with my fridge/freezer temp logsheet, visitor logsheet, fire drill logsheet and daily risk assessment form (where I note any unusual risks I've come across and how I've dealt with them).

It's amazing how much paperwork there is! We'd have so much more room in our house if I didn't have all this!

I use combined cashbook/attendance register from SCMA which is left on pc desk

All blank proformas and anything not confidential such as fire drill records, risk asses etc in folders on my shelves, and anything needing locking is in a filing box from Tesco that I put a padlock on.

I use the NCMA Register, one page per child

For each child I have a plastic document file with all their info in, which are then stored in a lockable file box.

All other paperwork is stored in file boxes on a tall bookcase in toyroom
