trying to wrtie two letters

How would people word the following letters.....

A variation to care for overnight

(i know whats supposed to go in it but just am stumped on how to word it)

An advertisment sent to companies to explain im a childminder and would they like to give my info to people on mat leave etc

(this has to be mega professional and have alot of my info in)

I used to be an administrator and office manager and used to be able to do mail shots and important documents in my sleep but these two im absolutely stumped... any help or have a template i can follow?

sorry despite what john said about a letter i helped him with i am rubbish at letter writing.

maybe just state the facts on the ofsted one and don't waffle too much ( my problem is i always make it too flowery)
